European Arrest Warrant / Extradition / International Law
Our office has acted for clients arrested on foot of European Arrest Warrants and Warrants issued pursuant to the Extradition Acts in both the High Court and in Supreme Court Appeals. We have acted for clients whose surrender is requested by European countries and by non European countries.
We have also advised clients with criminal proceedings pending in foreign jurisdictions including most recently Brazil, Boston, Spain, Italy and Australia.
