Allegations of wrongdoing are often made to the HSE and/or TUSLA/ Child and Family Agency in addition to being made to An Garda Siochana. You may receive correspondence from the HSE or TUSLA requesting that you attend for interview or for assessment.
If you receive any such correspondence, you should contact one of our experienced team without delay who will advise you on your obligations and the possible implications of such an investigation.
It is essential that if you are the subject of any investigation, you make no statement or comment without speaking with us first.
